Description

The Renters’ Rights Act 2025 introduces a raft of new requirements to comply with, each with its own requirements and penalties. The Renters’ Rights Act not only changes the law, it also changes the rules under which local authorities have to operate — they now have a duty to enforce and take enforcement action.

This course will cut through confusion, add clarity on key obligations, and help dispel common misunderstandings facing agents, landlords, and tenants.
